PVC resin is usually beginning to thermal decomposite at 120~130 degree, and release of HCl, if we do not inhibit the generation of HCl, the decomposition will further aggravate. But usually, all PVC plastic must be processing at more than 160 degrees, so in order to complete the processing of products, we must add a PVC stabilizer to prevent PVC resin decomposite.
